Being Anglican

What Do Anglicans Believe?

Anglicanism is a branch of Catholic Christianity that has historically been defined by four features:

1) affirmation of Holy Scripture;

2) fidelity to the Apostles' Creed and Nicene Creed;

3) commitment to the sacraments of Baptism and Holy Communion;
